1. Introduction:

Nature is invincible because of being the creation of that God. Man has been struggling with the forces of nature since time immemorial. He has succeeded in inaugurating many mysteries of nature on the strength of his intellect, courage and power, but man does not have the power to have full authority over the forces of this nature. Nature comes before us in many ways. It never shows its soft and pleasant form. So sometimes it takes such a harsh form that man becomes constrained and helpless in front of it. Thunderstorms, famines, unseasonal heavy rains and earthquakes are such outbreaks.

2. What is an earthquake?

The movement of land is called earthquake, earthquake. There is no part of the earth left where there has never been an earthquake, there is no special damage from the mild tremor of the earthquake. But whenever there are strong shocks, they present a cataclysmic scene. Mr. Jaishankar Prasad, the author of Kamayani's epic, has written describing nature's fury.

3. Cause of earthquake?

Why earthquakes occur is a mystery that has not been revealed to this day scientists have tried to make nature man-friendly. He can adapt the atmosphere to save himself in the heat and winter. But earthquakes and floods are such divine outbreaks which the human race has not been able to solve in spite of hundreds of years of hard efforts.

4. Different opinions of the cause of the earthquake:

People have different opinions about the earthquake, the geologists are of the opinion that there is fluid inside the earth, when the heat inside starts spreading rapidly, the earth is shaken. Sometimes the eruption of the volcano also causes earthquakes. India is a religious country, the people here are of the opinion that when atrocities and incests on any part of the earth increase, there is an earthquake due to the divine wrath in that part. In the countryside, there is also a legend that Sheshnag has held the earth on its head. He has seven heads when one head is tired due to the burden of the earth. So he has to change on the other head, this action of his shakes the earth. And as an earthquake strikes, economists argue that when the population on earth increases more than necessary, it generates earthquakes to balance it.

5. Damage from earthquakes:

Whatever may be the cause of the earthquake, it is so certain that it is a divine outbreak that causes more destruction, it not only becomes deadly but also destroys the hard work of man's centuries. Bihar has witnessed a big devastating earthquake, thousands of people have gone to the mouth of death, there are cracks in the land in which living beings have been absorbed, many types of toxic gases were generated from the womb of the earth in which the creatures were suffocated. Due to the earthquake, the earth has to be excavated to remove the dead bodies of those who are absorbed in the earth. The means of transport are destroyed, big buildings are destroyed, people become homeless, the rich become poor and the poor have to live.

6. Earthquake mentions:

In 1935, Quetta witnessed the cataclysmic dance of the earthquake. Due to the strong aftershocks of the earthquake, a beautiful city was destroyed, thousands of men and women who were enjoying the pleasant sleep of the night became the victims of death in a moment. Houses, roads, trees, etc., were all destroyed, everything became very pitiable. Many people were crippled. If someone's hand is broken, someone's tong, someone is blind, someone is deaf. Many women became widows. The children became orphans. The earthquake of 2001 in the state of Gujarat, India  , was such that the damage caused by any earthquake is still more than the devastation caused by any earthquake. Even today, when you hear the tragic story of that earthquake. So the heart trembles.

7. Why do earthquakes occur?

There are different opinions in this regard. Geologists are of the opinion that all the metals and matter etc. in the inner layers of the earth are flowing in liquid form. When they flow and spread more rapidly due to the heat within, the earth trembles. Sometimes earthquakes also occur due to the eruption of volcanic mountains. Another opinion is also prevalent that the earth is also shaken by the sitting (pulsating) of the layers of soil within the earth.

Japan etc. are some of the countries where the chances of earthquakes are high, here the houses are made of stone and not of brick but of wood and cardboard. These means can reduce the impact of an earthquake but cannot stop it. Whenever an earthquake occurs, there must be loss of life and property. Turkey also had a severe earthquake, as a result of which thousands of people died, the mild tremors of the earthquake are no less severe, it damages buildings.

8. Conclusion:

Today's era is called the age of science. But the science goddess is constrained in the face of the outbreak. Due to the human cause of the earthquake, the scene of the cataclysm is present in an instant. All are bound by God's will. Man should never boast of his power and intellect, he should always bow down before the power of nature and God. Only god's grace can save mankind from such an outbreak.
