flexible. So that children can be able to get education easily. Children can
select the subjects they want to read. Under the New Education Policy, the
choice of elections has been made flexible. So that the dropout rate will be
reduced.
The framework of education will be developed in a school curriculum of
5+3+3+4. Children between the ages of 3 and 8, 8 to 11, 11 to 14
and 14 to 18 years will be able to get education. The first part of the

school level to have knowledge of this policy. The scheme will be run at the
final stage by the teachers. The teachers will be provided with the information

A school education regulatory system will be created by the schools which
will aim to improve the educational dimension. Research will be carried out by
this system from time to time. A study will also be conducted on how to
implement the National Education Policy by this system. Evaluation will be done
after the policy is implemented.
Quality Universities & Colleges
National Education Policy Higher education plays a very important role for
the development of the country and for reducing the unemployment rate. Higher
education is provided through universities. In such a situation, various
efforts will be made through the National Education Policy to improve the
education of universities and to increase the quality of education. So that the
youth of the country can become capable and their overall development can be
achieved. Through this scheme, such higher education will be provided to the
children which will have multi-disciplinary universities and colleges.
Through the National Education Policy, higher educational institutions have
to be shifted to big and multi-functional universities, colleges, etc. So that
the fragmentation of higher education can be eliminated. The goal of each
higher education institution will be to
uplift about 3000 or more students. Through these institutes, social and mental
development of the students will be done. Through this policy, both public and
private institutions will be developed. A fair system will be used to develop
it.
Holistic and multi-dimensional education means to develop all the
capabilities of man such as social, physical, emotional, moral, etc. The
National Education Policy also provides for providing social and
daughter-in-law education to the students. So that the children can develop
completely. For this, flexible curriculum will be developed. There will be an
option of several entry and exit points in higher education. So that children
can get education according to their interest. Changes can also be made as per
the requirement in the duration of the AGRI programme.
It is necessary for students to have a comprehensive approach to get
education effectively. Which includes deputy commissioner's courses, engaging
teaching, continuous creative evaluation, adequate cooperation of students.
Apart from this, some other abilities like fitness, good health, foundation of
moral value etc. for the betterment of National Education Policy students are
also very important for the students to learn. All these things have been
included in the National Education Policy. So that the students can do their
studies in a quality manner. Apart from this, education will also be
internationalized under this policy. So that the number of international
students studying in India increases and the students of India get a chance to
do research in foreign institutions. A provision has also been made to provide
scholarships to students through this policy.
It is very important to build a competent team of teachers to provide
education to the students. A lot of emphasis is also being given to this in the
National Education Policy. Teachers are being groomed from basic education to
higher education. In which they will be made to practice along with the need
for daughter-in-law's approach and knowledge. Apart from this, it will also be
ensured that the teacher is aware of the teaching processes as well as indian values, language, knowledge
ethos, traditions, tribal traditions, etc. The institutions which will provide
teacher education will ensure the availability of specialists in the subjects
related to teaching as well as in the particular subject.
The number of students pursuing vocational education in our country is very
less. Of these, less than 5% of the students in the age group of 18-24 years receive formal
vocational education. In other countries, the number ranges from 50% to 75%. Vocational education is also
provided for promotion under the National Education Policy. So that the
children can develop completely. Vocational education is considered to be an
education of lesser importance in our country. Through this policy, the social
perception associated with vocational education is to be removed and knowledge
of vocational education is to reach more and more students. Through this scheme,
a target has been set to provide vocational education to at least 50% of the students
through school and higher education system by the year 2025.
|
Schools will also have to ensure that the quality of
mid-day meals is fine. So that the children do not have to bring lunchboxes
and the water facility should also be available properly in the schools. So
that the children do not have to bring water bottles. Due to these
facilities, the size of the school bag will be reduced. |
|
The time table of the class in schools will also be
made in such a way that the weight of the children's bags is reduced. The
weight of all books installed in schools will be printed on them by
publishers. The weight of books will also be taken care of by the schools
while selecting them. |
|
Under the National Education Policy, the focus has also
been on the homework of children. Under this scheme, no homework will be
given to the children till the second standard. Because students of class 1
and 2 are very young and they are not used to sitting for so long. |
|
Children of class III, IV and V will be given only two hours of homework
every week. Children of classes VI to VIII
will be given 1 hour of homework per day. And children of classes 9th to 12th will be given 2 hours of homework every day. |

5+3+3+4 pattern. This new pattern
includes 12 years of schooling and 3 years of pre-schooling. The New
National Education Policy has to be followed by both government and private
institutions. The four stages of the New National Education Policy 2021 are as
follows.
Foundation stages are for children
from 3 to 8 years old. This includes 3 years of pre-school education and
2 years of schooling (classes one and two). The foundation stage will focus on
developing language skills and teaching.
Children from 8 years to 11
years will be covered under the
prepritree stage. This includes
children from class 3 to 5. In this stage, it will be the
aim of the teachers to develop the language and numerical skills of the
children. In this stage, children will be taught in the regional language.
Under the middle stage, children
from class 6 to 8 will come. From
Class 6 onwards, children will be taught coding and will be provided with
vocational testing as well as internships.
Children from class 9 to 12 will come in the secondary stage. For example,
earlier children used to take science, commerce and arts streams. But now it
has been abolished. Now children can take the subject of their choice. For
example, children can take commerce with science or arts with commerce.
Under the National Education Policy 2022 , students will no longer have to
choose a single stream. Now students can also study science stream with art
stream, arts stream along with science stream. Each subject will be seen as an
additional course of no-value which includes yoga, sports, dance, sculpture,
music, etc. The NCERT will prepare the courses as per the framework of the
national curriculum. Physical education will be included in the curriculum. The
vocational and academic streams will not be separated so that students get a
chance to develop both the abilities.
Under the National Education Policy 2021, B.Ed has been made 4 years. By the end of 2030, the minimum qualification
of the teacher will be a 4-year B.Ed
program. Strict action will be taken against all standalone educational
institutions which will not follow the prescribed standards.
In our country, students learning vocational studies are less than 5%.
Keeping this in mind, under the new education policy, the focus will be on
students of classes VI to VIII to learn vocational studies. Which includes
gardening, woodwork, pottery, electrical work, etc. A target has been set to teach vocational
studies to at least 50% of the students
under the new education policy by the end of 2025.
For example, everyone knows that if children are taught in their mother
tongue or in a regional language, they will be able to understand the matter
more easily. Keeping this in mind, under the National Education Policy
2022, there is a provision to teach
children in their mother tongue or regional language till class 5. Now teachers
will have to provide education to the children in their mother tongue or
regional language till class 5. Efforts will also be made to make the textbooks
available in the regional language and if the textbook is not available in the
regional language, the medium of interaction between the children and the
teacher in this situation will be the regional language. Children from class
one will be taught two to three languages.
Under the National Education Policy 2022 , if there is a shortage of
teachers who speak the given languages. In this situation, special efforts will
be made to recruit teachers who speak the given languages. Under which retired
teachers can also be called again.
In secondary school, children can also learn the foreign language of their
choice. Which will consist of French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese etc.
All these efforts are an attempt to make India's education globally recognised.
